(im) Perfect Symmetry
(January 27th, 2018)
Location: Meyerson Symphony Center, Dallas, TX
Usually, I plan my concerts at the Meyerson Symphony
at least a half a year ahead and attend them monthly,
but this one wasn't in my schedule.
It was offered to me free due to inconveniences
I experienced with the previous one.
And believe me, it was much more
than I could wish to fulfill my trouble.
I was absolutely thrilled as aerialists from "Cirque de la Symphonie"
flied overhead and acrobatic feats were performed to classical masterpieces.
All was perfectly choreographed to the music.
I was particularly blown away by the performance
of Vladimir Tsarkow, JR. to "Devil's Dance"
from "Witches of Eastwick" by John Williams.
"His mystery guest juggling act is
a fascinating blend of illusion and juggling skills."
I took this self-portrait during intermission.
It's a reflection in the elevator.
